PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. The promo period is from September 1 to November 30, 2026.
  3. Cardholders can avail of Buy 1, Get 1 FREE promo on the following packages with their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period::
      • Haircut + Hair Color – ₱5,500
      • Hair Color + Smoothing Hair Masque – ₱6,000
      • Keratin Brazilian Blowout – ₱7,500
      • Hair Color + Keratin Brazilian Blowout – ₱11,000
  4. A maximum of one (1) Buy 1, Get 1 redemption per RCBC Cardholder per transaction is allowed.  
  5. The complimentary package may be redeemed on the same day as the purchase or within thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date (subject to weekday validity).
  6. To redeem the complimentary package, cardholders must:
  7. Present the original redemption voucher, official receipt, or proof of eligibility issued upon purchase.
  8. Present the same RCBC Credit Card used for the original transaction for verification purposes.
  9. Make an advance booking at the participating Jesi Mendez Salon branch prior to redemption (redemptions are valid Mondays to Fridays only, excluding holidays).
  10. Complimentary packages are redeemable only at participating Jesi Mendez Salon branches.
  11. Package inclusions cannot be split, substituted, or converted into individual services.
  12. Complimentary packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
  13. Retail products, add-on services, gift certificates, and home services are strictly excluded from this promotion
  14. Jesi Mendez Salon reserves the right to verify card eligibility and redemption details before honoring the complimentary package.
  15. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing discounts, promotions, vouchers, loyalty rewards, Senior Citizen discounts, PWD discounts, or employee discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise by Jesi Mendez Salon.
  16. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Jesi Mendez Salon and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
