PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to select RCBC JCB Credit Card principal cardholders who are recipients of the promo electronic direct mail or SMS who will use their qualified RCBC Credit Card during the promo period (“Qualified cardholders”).
  2. Promo runs from May 15 to July 15, 2025.
  3. To qualify for the promo, eligible cardholders must make a single-receipt or accumulated straight or installment spend anywhere using his/her RCBC JCB Credit Card. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder will be qualified as part of the Principal cardholder’s spend.

  1. Eligible cardholders can only receive one (1) reward based on the total qualified spend during the promo period.

  5. Online transactions
  6. Recurring payments

The following transactions are excluded from the promo: UnliPay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, Cash Loan, YourCash, Balance Transfer, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living).

  1. Qualified cardholder must register once online using his/her RCBC JCB Credit within the promo period at https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/JCBAT and input the following:
  • Card Embossed Name
  • First 8 and last 4 digits of the qualified card
  • Preferred Rustan's Department Store location (American Tourister Gift Certificate)
  1. Qualified cardholder’s account must be active and current at the time of registration and redemption.
  2. Qualified cardholders who have met the required spend amount and who have successfully registered will receive a confirmation SMS to be sent to their registered mobile no. on or before July 31, 2025.
  3. The American Tourister Gift Certificate or Luggage cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above.
  4. The cardholder will be charged the cost of the cashback if he/she cancels the qualifying purchase and/or if the credit card transaction or redemption is found to be fraudulent.
  5. This offer is not valid in conjunction with ongoing RCBC Spend Anywhere promotions.
  6. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  7. All questions and issues related to the promo can be accommodated beyond the promo period but in no case beyond thirty (30) days from the end of promo.
  8. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card.

REDEMPTION

American Tourister Gift Certificate

  1. Qualified RCBC JCB credit cardholder will receive a confirmation via SMS that he/she has qualified to redeem the reward
  2. To redeem the American Tourister Gift Certificate, cardholder must visit the nominated Rustan’s Department Store branch during registration and present his/her SMS confirmation and a valid government-issued ID at the Customer Service.
  3. A cardholder can only redeem his/her American Tourister Gift Certificate until September 30, 2025.

American Tourister Gift Certificate T&Cs:

  1. The American Tourister gift certificate is not convertible to cash.
  2. The American Tourister gift certificate must be fully consumed in a single transaction and is valid for one-time use only at the following Rustan's Department Store locations: Makati, Shangri-La, Alabang, Gateway, & Cebu
  3. The American Tourister certificate has no expiry.

American Tourister Luggage

  1. The American Tourister Luggage shall be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address on file based on the schedule indicated in the SMS confirmation to be sent on or before July 31, 2025.
  2. The delivery is free of charge. Redelivery charge shall be applied if courier is unable to successfully deliver the item
  3. Cost for the redelivery is between ₱1,000 to ₱3,000 depending on the exact location and size of the luggage
  4. In case cardholder is not available upon delivery, an authorized representative may receive the item.
