PROMO MECHANICS:

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC JCB Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing.
    Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to fraud, and those who have not violated any Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of RCBC JCB Credit Cards.

  1. RCBC JCB Credit Cardholders may enjoy ₱2,000 REBATE for a minimum single-receipt or cumulative straight purchase of ₱10,000 using an RCBC JCB Credit Card within the promo period.
  2. The promo applies to straight purchases only. Any transaction amount is qualified to meet the required ₱10,000 accumulated spend.
  3. Online and straight/retail purchases at participating SM Affiliate Stores must be made during the promo period. The following are excluded in the promo:
      • Installment/Buy Now, Pay Later plan
      • Purchases inside the SM Store
  4. All qualified transactions of the principal cardholder and its supplementary cardholder/s are computed separately and cannot be combined to meet the single/accumulated spend requirement.

Rebate Earned₱2,000
  1. Transactions of RCBC JCB Principal and Supplementary Cardholders are computed separately and will be credited and posted to the Principal Cardholder’s account within twenty-five (25) banking days after October 21, 2024. This will be shown on the cardholders’ Statement of Account (SOA). Qualified Cardholders who earned the rebates will be notified through SMS within fifteen (15) banking days from crediting of rebate.
  2. RCBC JCB Credit Card must be active and updated (without incurring past due/delinquency) within the promo period and at the time of crediting the rebate, otherwise, the rebate earned shall be forfeited.
  3. Rebates awarded are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash, however, it is treated as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the Card.
  4. The rebate cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotional offers (including, but not limited to rebates, discounts, spend anywhere, activation promos, etc.). If found to have multiple availments, the RCBC Credit Cards shall have the right to reverse the rebate amount credited to the RCBC JCB Credit Card. RCBC/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) has the sole discretion in qualifying the transactions of a Cardholder based on the mechanics of the Promo. Once qualified, the transaction can no longer be used for another promo even if the said transaction meets the criteria of the other promo.
  5. In case of disputes, RCBC/RBSC's decision shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes must be raised by the Cardholder within sixty (60) calendar days from the posting of the rebate.
  6. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
