  1. To avail of the promo, the minimum single-receipt spend of ₱3,000 (exclusive of VAT and Service Charge) must be met by the cardholder. The 50% discount does not apply to Service Charge and applicable taxes, which are excluded in the computation of the discount.
  2. After discount, total bill is subject to service charge and applicable taxes, which will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
  3. The offer is valid for dine-in transactions only. Take-out and delivery transactions are excluded from the offer.
  4. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, other items or discounts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or privileges of RCBC, RCBC Credit Cards and The Bistro Group.
  5. Only one (1) qualified RCBC Hexagon Debit/Credit Card per table will be honored, regardless if cardholder has multiple eligible cards. Discount may only be availed once per transaction. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of availing multiple discounts shall not be allowed.
  6. In case of mandatory/government-regulated and other discounts, cardholders have the option to choose one promo or discount to apply. In case of senior citizen or person with disability, the person can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta of Disabled Persons, whichever is higher.
  7. Unsuccessful Card transactions (i.e. Eligible Cards that cannot be used to pay for the dining transaction for whatever reason) will not entitle the Cardholder to the offer. Payment using any non-Eligible Card or in cash is not allowed for the promo.
  8. In case of any question about any of the provisions of this Promotion, the decision of RCBC on all matters relating to the Promo, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be final and binding to all clients.
  9. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Hexagon Club Priority Platinum Mastercard Debit Card, RCBC Hexagon Club Priority World Mastercard Credit Card, RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Mastercard Debit Card, and RCBC Hexagon Club Privilege Platinum Mastercard Credit Card shall still apply.
