1. The promo period is from February 1 to March 15, 2026, and valid from Mondays to Fridays.
   Blackout dates apply:

2. The Promo is open to RCBC Visa Premium Credit Cards Principal and Supplementary cardholders who are active and in good credit standing.
   Eligible RCBC Visa Premium Credit Cards are as follows:

• RCBC Visa Infinite
• RCBC Visa Platinum
• AirAsia Platinum Credit Card

3. Eligible cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers at Grand Hyatt Manila with their RCBC Visa Premium Credit Card during the promo period, subject to the following operating hours:

5. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must use their valid RCBC Visa Premium Credit Card to pay for their single-receipt bill inclusive government taxes and service charge.
6. The exclusive offer applies to one (1) valid RCBC Visa Premium Credit Card per reservation, per table, per transaction.
7. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
8. All paid orders are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on the promotional offer, Senior Citizens and PWDs, may either avail of this promotional offer, or they may avail of the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act No. 7432 and 7277, both as amended under R.A. 9994. The discount is not convertible to cash or any food and/or beverage item.

11. A down payment is required to guarantee seats for a group of 10 pax and above. The Grand Hyatt Manila team will get in touch with the cardholders for the required deposit amount.

13. Grand Hyatt Manila reserve the right to refuse redemption of the offer by the cardholder if the cardholder does not adhere to the promo mechanics.
14. World of Hyatt members are not eligible to redeem points for this special offer.
15. Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and other privilege discounts at Grand Hyatt Manila such as VIP/Membership discount, complimentary vouchers, rewards redemption vouchers, non-transferable and not convertible to cash, gift certificates or any item from the menu.
16. RCBC Credit Card reserves the right to charge the cost of the perks redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
17. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Card and Grand Hyatt Manila with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
18. RCBC Credit Card makes no representation for Grand Hyatt Manila and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
