FREE Classic Nachos at La Guada Mas

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. The promo period is from December 10, 2024 to March 31, 2025 at La Guada Mas.
3. Cardholders can get a FREE Classic Beef or Classic Chicken Nachos for a minimum spend of ₱3,000 using their RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period.
4. Promo is valid for dine-in and take-out transactions.
5. Splitting of transactions to avail of multiple freebies is not allowed.
6. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and La Guada Mas.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the person with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Republic Act 10754, “An Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disabilities,” whichever is higher.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of La Guada Mas and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
10. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed
