PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. The promo period is from September 1 to October 31, 2026.
  3. Cardholders can enjoy 10% OFF on select hair services for a minimum single-receipt spend of ₱3,000 at participating Dot Zero Hair Studio branches during the promo period.
    1. Eligible Services include:
        • Hair Color (Single Tone and Advanced)
        • Smoothening Treatments
        • Digital Perming
        • Rebonding
        • Hair Treatments
        • Other selected hair services
          Subject to Dot Zero Hair Studio's current service menu. 
    2. Valid Schedule:Monday to Thursday, before 12:00 PM only.
      The service must start before 12:00 PM to qualify. Appointments booked before noon but starting at or after 12:00 PM are not eligible. 
  4. The cardholder must present their valid RCBC Credit Card prior to payment and use the same card to settle the full amount of the transaction.
  5. This offer is valid once per customer per transaction.
  6. Availability & Surcharges:
      • Advance booking is recommended and is subject to availability.
      • Additional charges may apply for extra-long, extra-thick, or special-condition hair. Any amount exceeding the promo coverage must be paid in full using an RCBC Credit Card.
  7.  The discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, vouchers, loyalty rewards, Senior Citizen/PWD discounts, or employee discounts.
  8. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products and is non-transferable.
  9. Not valid for previously completed transactions, gift certificates, retail products (unless specified), or group/corporate bookings.
  10. Dot Zero Hair Studio reserves the right to verify cardholder eligibility.
  11. In case of any dispute regarding the promo, the decision of Dot Zero Hair Studio and RCBC Credit Cards shall be final and conclusive, in concurrence with DTI. All questions regarding cardholder eligibility shall be resolved by RCBC.
