1. Go to any Digital Walker store.
2. Use your RCBC Credit Card and present the screenshot of your Discount or Reward Code upon purchase at the cashier (subject to a minimum and maximum spend requirement at 0% installment for 24 months). Your discount or reward code is valid for one-time use only during the sale event.

1. Visit https://rcbc-pickaprize.1isadigital.com/ and click the log-in button.
2. Input the Unique Code and PIN Code you received in your SMS or email.
3. Capture a screenshot of your Discount or Reward Code.

Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to Principal and Supplementary RCBC Credit Cardholders (“eligible cardholders”) who are active and in good credit standing and received an invite SMS/eDM to pre-claim their discount codes that can be used during the RCBC x Digital Walker Tech Fest on August 23-27, 2024.
2. Eligible cardholders will be asked to follow the instructions reflected in the SMS and the eDM and will be issued a Unique ID and PIN code that they may use in joining the Pick-A-Prize game.
3. To pre-claim a discount code, eligible cardholders must visit the Pick-A-Prize Game website at https://rcbc-pickaprize.1isadigital.com/ which will be up on August 21, 2024, from 8am to 5pm. To access the game site, the cardholder will be prompted to enter his Unique ID and PIN code as indicated on the SMS message and eDM sent to the cardholder.
4. Once inside the game site, the eligible cardholder clicks the gift box icon, which triggers the discount code to appear. Discount code shall be composed of alphanumeric characters and a description.
5. The eligible cardholders may only participate once during the Pick-a-Prize Game Promo period.
6. Discount codes may only be availed once during RCBC x Digital Walker Tech Fest from August 23 to 27, 2024.
7. After making the required spend at Digital Walker, the 1,000 Rewards Points/Airmiles will be awarded to the winning cardholders on or before September 11, 2024.
8. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
9. Discount will be applied upon settling of the purchased item.
10. This promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing Digital Walker promo with other participating banks.
11. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any food and/or beverage item, rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Credit Card.
12. RCBC Credit Card reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount against the cardholder’s RCBC credit card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
13. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Card and Digital Walker with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
14. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
