2. Upon check-in, guests must present their RCBC Premium Credit Card and settle the full room payment with the same card.

8. Additional charges for extra persons or extra beds, as well as changes or cancellations to bookings, shall be handled according to hotel policies.
9. The credit card or debit card shall only be deemed as a payment tool. The company does not guarantee or assume responsibility for defects in goods or services and cardholders should evaluate purchases carefully.
10. The offer is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, vouchers or privileges.

Terms & Conditions

1. To enjoy this offer, payment must be made with the RCBC Premium Card (excluding other payment methods), and the cardholder must dine at the same table to enjoy this offer.
2. This offer is not applicable to in-room dining services.
3. This offer is not applicable on public holidays and special festivals: 2024/8/8 (Father's Day), 2024/8/10 (Chinese Valentine's Day), 2024/9/17 (Mid-Autumn Festival), 2024/10/10 (National Day), 2024/12/24-12/25 (Christmas), 2024/12/31 (New Year's Eve), 2025/1/1 (New Year's Day), 2025/1/25-2/2 (Lunar New Year period), 2025/2/14 (Valentine's Day), 2025/2/28-3/2 (Peace Memorial Day consecutive holidays), 2025/4/3-4/6 (Qingming Festival and Children's Day), 2025/5/1 (Labor Day), 2025/5/10-5/11 (Mother's Day period), 2025/5/30-6/1 (Dragon Boat Festival consecutive holidays), and other special holidays or special promotional events, subject to hotel announcements. The definition of weekdays and holidays is subject to hotel interpretations.
4. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, used in conjunction with other point collection activities, or combined with other offers, nor is it applicable to other special offers in participating restaurants.
5. The offer is subject to an additional 10% service charge based on the original menu price. The offer is not applicable to consumption and banquets of more than 10 people, consumption related to private dining rooms, beverages consumed during dining, takeout and delivery, packaging after dining in, table dishes, room service, wedding banquets, customized menus, special projects in restaurants, wine tastings.
6. If the restaurant has a basic minimum spend requirement, the restaurant's policies shall apply.
7. Offer not applicable to designated private dining rooms (fees), regardless of the number of diners, and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.
8. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers in restaurants (for details of special offers, please contact the respective restaurants); if the restaurant has a basic minimum spend requirement, the restaurant's policies shall apply.
9. Only one RCBC Premium Card can be used per table per visit. Split bills or combined table consumption are not applicable. When the primary cardholder and supplementary cardholder dine together, the primary card and supplementary card cannot be used together in the same restaurant during the same dining period. They cannot simultaneously enjoy the offer by splitting tables or bills.
10. Please make a reservation in advance before dining and inform the restaurant staff of the use of the RCBC Premium Card offer before checkout. RCBC Premium Card does not guarantee reservations.
