How to Redeem:

  1. AirAsia rewards Membership is required. Not yet a member? Please register at https://www.airasia.com/rewards/en/gb.
  2. RCBC Credit Cardholders who are first time or new AirAsia points converters may convert their RCBC Credit Cards AIRMILES to AirAsia points by calling the RCBC Credit Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8888-1888 or (02) 8888-1883.
  3. RCBC Credit Cardholders may enjoy 2X bonus AirAsia points (capped at 10,000 airasia points within the promo period). Use your airasia points to redeem flights, hotels, SNAP (packaged hotels), lifestyle deals, and more via the airasia Super app.


Promo Mechanics:

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing and are enrolled in RCBC’s Airmiles Program.  
  2. Promo period runs from July 7 to July 13, 2026.
  3. Cardholder must be an AirAsia member with a valid AirAsia membership ID. This promo is exclusive to members who have never converted points prior to the promotional period.
  4. Cardholders who redeem or convert their RCBC Credit Card Airmiles to AirAsia Rewards points during the promo period shall be eligible for a Bonus Points multiplier, to be awarded by AirAsia Rewards as indicated below:
      • 2X Bonus AirAsia Points: Minimum redemption of 2,500 RCBC Credit Card Airmiles required. Bonus points are capped at 10,000 points per cardholder within the promo period.
  5. The earned RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES of the supplementary cardholder are pooled under the account of the principal cardholder.
  6. RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES are non-transferable.
  7. Redemption/s with exception must be addressed by the cardholder within thirty (30) working days after the promo period to qualify for the multiplier. Otherwise, regular redemption shall apply.
  8. AirAsia points/Bonus AirAsia points earned through this Promo will be credited into the eligible Cardholder’s respective AirAsia member account within forty-five (45) working days after the end of the Promo Period.
  9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RCBC Credit Card and its partner merchant in concurrence with the DTI and will be deemed final.
