30% OFF + 0% Installment at Asian Eye Institute

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Promo period is from November 15, 2024 to January 31, 2025 at Asian Eye Institute Rockwell, SM Mall of Asia, and Commerce Center Alabang.
3. The promo entitles the Cardholders to 30% OFF on refractive surgeries (LASIK, PRK/TPRK, ICL, or Supracor) at 0% installment for 12 months and Waived Refractive Screening deductible from the total procedure fee if the patient proceeds with the surgery using their RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period.
4. Cardholders may book their appointments via https://asianeyeinstitute.com/book-now/.
5. The promo is open to new Asian Eye Institute patients only.
6. The Doctor’s professional fee can only be settled via cash or manager's check only.
7. Lenses implant in the ICL procedure are not included in the promo, only the facility fee.
8. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and Asian Eye Institute.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Asian Eye Institute and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
10. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.

EASYTERMS 0% INTEREST INSTALLMENT AND BUY NOW PAY LATER

1. Easyterms 0% interest is applicable if the cardholder pays his/her monthly installment in full.
2. The application and implementation of RCBC Credit Cards' Easyterms 0% Installment is subject to RCBC Credit Cards' approval.
3. Easyterms 0% installment merchant partners have the sole discretion over the term/s, item/s, minimum spend requirement and availability of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) applicable for the 0% interest offering.
4. If the cardholder decides to pay the installment plan in full before maturity, a pre-termination fee of ₱500.00 or 5% of the unpaid principal amount, whichever is higher, will be charged.
