HOW TO REDEEM AND CONVERT

  1. Cardholder must be an AirAsia rewards member and must be located in the Philippines. Not yet a member? Please register at https://www.AirAsia.com/rewards/en/gb.
  2. Convert your RCBC Credit Cards AIRMILES to AirAsia points by calling RCBC Credit Card Customer Service or via Erica from January 16 to 31, 2025.
  3. You may use your AirAsia points to redeem flights, hotels, SNAP (packaged hotels), lifestyle deals, and more via the AirAsia MOVE app.

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The program is open to cardholders of the following RCBC Credit Cards: RCBC Credit Card Classic & Gold Mastercard and Flex Visa & Flex Gold Visa, RCBC Credit Card Visa Infinite & Platinum, RCBC Credit Card World & Platinum Mastercard including Hexagon Club & YGC Rewards Plus Mastercard, RCBC Credit Card UnionPay, RCBC Credit Card JCB Classic, Gold & Platinum, Co-Branded Cards: Phoenix & ZALORA Credit Card who are enrolled in RCBC Credit Cards’ Airmiles Program.
  2. Promo period runs from January 16 to 31, 2025.
  3. Cardholders must be active and in good credit standing during the promo period in order to qualify.
  4. Cardholder must be an AirAsia member and have a valid AirAsia membership ID.
  5. Cardholders who redeem a minimum of 500 AirAsia points* during the promo period shall be awarded 1,388 bonus AirAsia points.
  6. Qualified participants are allowed to convert up to 3 times to receive a maximum bonus of 4,164 AirAsia points.
  7. Cardholders are allowed to perform multiple points conversion transactions during the Promo Period to be entitled to earn the Bonus AirAsia points.
  8. Notwithstanding the standard validity period of AirAsia points as stipulated within the AirAsia rewards Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.AirAsia.com/rewards, the AirAsia points earned through this Campaign are only valid for a period of six (6) months from the date such AirAsia points are credited into the eligible Participant’s AirAsia member account. Any AirAsia points not utilized within its validity period will lapse without notice or liability.
  9. The earned RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES of the supplementary cardholder are pooled under the account of the principal cardholder.
  10. RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES are non-transferable, not reversible, exchangeable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Usage of AirAsia points is subject to the AirAsia membership terms and conditions which can be found at www.AirAsia.com/rewards.
  11. Redemption/s with exception must be addressed by the cardholder within thirty (30) working days after the promo period to qualify for the multiplier. Otherwise, regular redemption shall apply.
  12. AirAsia points/Bonus AirAsia points earned through this Promo will be credited into the eligible Cardholder’s respective AirAsia member account within forty five (45) days after the end of the Promo Period.
  13. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. and its partner merchant in concurrence with the DTI and will be deemed final.
