PROMO MECHANICS

1. The use of AirAsia points to purchase any product or service on airasia.com or AirAsia MOVE app is subject to the existing Terms and Conditions of AirAsia Rewards.
2. Promo runs until December 31, 2024.
   Travel period is until March 31, 2025.
3. AirAsia may require proof of identity of the holder but nothing herein obliges AirAsia under any circumstances to enquire, ascertain, or investigate the identity of any person.
4. The prize is not resalable but may be utilized by the winners' family and/or friends subject to AirAsia Rewards’ Terms and Conditions.
5. The promo is NOT open to employees of Philippines AirAsia, Organizers, and Partners; and their respective subsidiaries and suppliers, including their employees and relatives of the employees up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity.
6. The prize is not transferable, not convertible to cash, not endorsable, and not for sale.
7. Philippines AirAsia, Inc. reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate in relation to the promo.
8. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions, or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the “Add-on to Win!” Promo.
9. Participants hold AirAsia, its partners, and duly authorized representatives free and harmless from any claim by third parties for violation of privacy, violation of intellectual property rights, and/or damage to reputation and other similar instances.
10. The Participant agrees to hold harmless, defend, and fully indemnify AirAsia from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses, and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of the use of “Add-on to Win!” Promo.
11. The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines and venue of any suit arising from this Promo shall be in the proper courts in the City of Pasay, to the exclusion of all other courts.
12. The Participant agrees to have read this form, understood its contents, and consent to the collection and processing of the information disclosed. The Participant understands and agrees that this form and the information it contains will be processed by Philippines AirAsia, Inc. in accordance with its privacy policy, which the Participant has likewise read and understood. The Participant also hereby consents to the processing of personal data to comply with the regulations of the national government, civil aviation authorities, local government units, and government agencies, and allows Philippines AirAsia, Inc. and/or its affiliates and service providers to manage, verify booking and/or assist with the modification of the same, as applicable. The Participant hereby warrants that all information in this form is complete, true and correct, and freely and voluntarily disclosed to Philippines AirAsia, Inc. for the aforementioned purposes. The Participant also understands their rights under the Data Privacy Act, such as the right to access and correct personal information, and the right to object.

STEPS TO PARTICIPATE

1. Visit AirAsia Move. Log in to your AirAsia account on the app or website. If you don’t have an account, create one to participate.
2. Book Your Flight and Add-Ons. During the booking process, select extra options (add-ons) such as additional baggage, seat selection, or a value pack.
   Note: The more add-ons you choose, the higher your chances of winning!

3. Register Your Booking To Participate. Go to https://www.airasia.com/aa/getyouraddon/en/ph/ and enter your booking reference number and other required details to officially enter the AirAsia points giveaway.

1. Each passenger earns a raffle entry for each applicable add-on purchased (as listed above).
2. Additional entries for add-ons purchased on the return flight of the same booking number.

*Important: Only AirAsia members who are also passengers on the same booking will earn raffle entries. Non-passenger members will not receive entries.

AirAsia Member Winners can win only once. The prize of higher value is awarded to the customer should his/her name be drawn more than once.
Taxes & Fees for the crediting of points will be shouldered by AirAsia

NOTIFICATIONS OF WINNERS

1. The winner will be notified via registered mail and email within two weeks of the draw date.

3. Redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered mail.
4. AirAsia points will be credited to the winners’ account upon confirming receipt of the notification email.
5. AirAsia points are valid for 2 years upon crediting to the winners’ AirAsia account.
6. Winners will be announced and posted on AirAsia’s official website, social media accounts and/or via electronic direct mail.
