AirAsia Spend Anywhere: Bonus AirAsia Points and a Chance to Win a Trip to Japan

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The AirAsia Credit Card Spend Anywhere Q4 2025 Promo (“The Promo”) is open to all AirAsia Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Promo Period is from November 25, 2025 to January 25, 2026.
  3. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must register once at https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/AASA2025 during the promo period.
    By registering for the promo, the cardholder:
    • agrees to receive SMS/text messages or emails, and freely consents to process their personal information in relation to the promo
    • confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo
  4. Once registered, the qualified AirAsia Credit Cardholders are eligible to earn the on the following:
    1. UP TO 10,000 BONUS AIRASIA POINTS
      1. Earn up to 10,000 AirAsia points (5,000 AirAsia points per month) for a minimum ₱5,000 single-receipt or accumulated purchase during the promo period.

      2. AirAsia points will be credited to the cardholder’s AirAsia MOVE account based on the schedule below.

      3. Cardholder’s AirAsia Credit Card must be active and of good credit standing at the time of crediting of the AirAsia points, otherwise, the points shall be forfeited.
      4. Cardholders must examine their SOA / AirAsia MOVE account for any errors related to the Promo (e.g. points computation, non-awarding of points). All questions and issues arising from the promo will only be accepted, within thirty (30) calendar days from the posting of the reward, after which the promotion is considered conclusive.
      5. Earned AirAsia points are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

        • The winners must only fly with AirAsia & shall not exceed 250,000 AirAsia points when redeeming a round-trip to Japan for 2. Any amount exceeding 250,000 points will be the cardholder's responsibility. Awarded AirAsia points (Trip to Japan) must be redeemed on or before March 31, 2028, as stipulated in AirAsia Rewards program's standard validity period T&C.
        • Raffle draw will be held at the RCBC Bankard Head Office, 30/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative. Since most are on a work-from-home arrangement, representatives can witness the raffle draw through any of the following online platforms: Zoom, Google, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
        • The cardholder can only win once.
        • All employees of RCBC, RBSC, AirAsia, & AirAsia Rewards and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified to join the raffle component of this promo.
        • Raffle prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash, and not convertible to other loyalty points.
        • The AirAsia Credit Card of the winners must be active and of good credit standing at the time of crediting the prize, otherwise, the earned prize shall be forfeited.
        • Raffle prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax to be shouldered by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).
      3. Notification & Awarding of Raffle Prizes
        • The winner will be notified via registered mail & registered e-mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date.
        • The prizes will be credited and reflected to the AirAsia MOVE account of the winners not later than four (4) weeks from the draw date.
        • Winners will be announced and posted on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, LED billboard, and/or electronic direct mail.
        • Winners must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and a valid government-issued ID to be sent to RCBC Credit Cards via email: email@service.rcbcbankard.com. The winner must also sign and submit the Quit Claim upon crediting of the prize.
        • In the event the winner remains uncontacted via SMS or video call after 48 hours from the date of announcement or doesn’t meet any of the requirements stated above, RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to select another winner.
  5. The following transactions are excluded from the promo:
    • RCBC Credit Card’s Installment Program availments such as but not limited to Balance Conversion/ Purchase Conversion, Cash Advance, CHARGE, Balance Transfer, Cash Loan, UNLIPAY, Your Cash! / Monthly amortizations from installment transactions or installment plan availment
    • All types of Auto-charge, Recurring bill transactions, Bills payment (e.g., Meralco, Telco), RCBC Credit Card’s Fast BillsPay
    • Transactions from Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, Member Financial Institutions, Political Organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing/Networking, MOTO (e.g., Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS/USANA, Suy Sing, Dyna Drug, Young Living, and the like)
    • Remittance, Payment Services, Online Aggregators, POI Funding Transactions, & Mobile payment/mobile wallet (e.g., GCash, Lazada Top-Up, PayMaya, Grab/GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like)
    • Transactions with the following bearing the following merchant category codes: 4829, 6050, 6051, 6211, 6532, 6533, 6536, 6537, 6538, 6540, 6760, 8651, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9411, 7995
    • Payments made to social media platforms, cloud service, and software providers; transactions for business purposes
    • Subsequently cancelled or refunded transaction RCBC Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC Credit Card/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp. has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo.
  6. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.
  7. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards
  8. RCBC Credit Card/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp. reserves the right to reverse or adjust the reward awarded to the cardholder in the event that the qualifying transactions were disputed or cancelled at a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions, or if there is erroneous posting of the reward.
  9. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.
  10. In case of dispute but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, RCBC Credit Card/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp’s decision shall prevail, with the concurrence of DTI.
