9.9 Treat: EXTRA 10% CASHBACK

PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all active RCBC Credit Cardholders (Principal and Supplementary), except Corporate Cards.
  2. The promo period is from September 8 to 9, 2025.
  3. To qualify for the Cashback promo, the Principal Cardholder must register online here within the promo period.

    Note: Only the Principal Cardholder is allowed to register for the promo. However, all qualified and posted transactions of the Principal Cardholder and their Supplementary Cardholder(s) will earn Cashback.

  4. A minimum ₱5,000 single or accumulated online purchases at Shopee, Lazada, ZALORA, TikTok Shop, and Rustans.com using an RCBC Credit Card during the promo period entitles the cardholder to earn 10% CASHBACK (capped at ₱1,000 CASHBACK).
  5. The cashback will be based on total eligible purchases per online merchant within the promo period:

  1. The cashback will be credited to the Principal Cardholder’s account within 60 days from the end of the campaign period or before November 9, 2025.
  2. Exclusions:
    1. Online transactions from non-participating merchants
    2. In-store or face-to-face purchases
    3. The following transactions are also excluded from the promo:
        • UnliPay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, YourCash, Cash Loan, Balance Transfer, Money Transfer, and Quasi-Cash
        • Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution
        • Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living)
    4. Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded
  3. The Cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card must be active and in good credit standing at the time of crediting the cashback; otherwise, the cashback shall be forfeited.
  4. Earned cashback is treated as a credit/payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the qualified RCBC Credit Card, which will be posted on the Cardholder’s Statement of Account (SOA).
  5. RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC) reserves the right to reverse or adjust the cashback if the qualifying transactions are disputed or cancelled, invalid, fraudulent, erroneously posted, or if the same transactions were used to qualify for another ongoing promo.
  6. The cashback cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than what is stated in the offer.
  7. All questions or disputes on qualified transactions must be raised by the Cardholder within 30 days from posting of the cashback or until November 9, 2025, whichever is earlier.
  8. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC will resolve all disputes arising from questions about the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of promo dates, fulfillment, and others. Its decision will be deemed conclusive with prior approval from DTI.
  9. The promo is subject to the Terms & Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.
