  1. To avail of the promo, cardholder must book directly at Banana Bay Boracay’s Manila Sales Office via hotline or email. For online booking, RCBC Credit Card must be used to pay the full booking amount. Upon arrival, cardholder should inform the hotel that they will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
  2. The standard room cancellation policy of Banana Bay Boracay applies.
  3. The general hotel terms and conditions of Banana Bay Boracay applies.
  4. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Banana Bay Boracay and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
