  1. The promo runs from May 15 to June 15, 2026, and is valid Monday to Friday.

  2. The Promo is open to RCBC Premium Credit Cards Principal and Supplementary cardholders who are active and in good credit standing.

    Eligible RCBC Premium Credit Cards are as follows:

  3. Eligible RCBC Premium Credit Cardholders are entitled to a special rate of ₱1,500 (50% OFF the original price of ₱3,000) on the Special Lunch Set at Il Primo Steakhouse, NUSTAR Cebu. Net price is VAT-inclusive and subject to a 10% service charge and applicable local taxes.

    Offer is valid for the Set Menu selection only.

  4. The offer is exclusively for RCBC Premium Credit Cardholders and is available for dine in at Il Primo Steakhouse at NuStar Cebu only.
  5. Reservation is highly encouraged. Call at (032) 8888282 or (63) 9985396735. Cardholders must inform the restaurant at the time of reservation that they will avail of the Special Lunch Set for RCBC Premium Credit Cardholders.
  6. RCBC Premium Credit Card must be presented prior to payment and only one (1) credit card may be used to settle the bill per transaction. The offer must be charged in a single-receipt transaction.
  7. The offer is nontransferable, non-convertible to cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
  8. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards and the merchant partner/s shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
  9. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
