Promo Mechanics

1. The promo period is from January 15 to March 31, 2024.  PROMO IS EXTENDED UNTIL APRIL 30, 2024.
   
2. The Promo is open to principal and supplementary cardholders of premium RCBC Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good credit standing and who have received an SMS and/or email regarding the promo.
   Premium RCBC Credit Cards are the following card types: World Mastercard (including Balesin and The City Club), Visa Infinite, Visa Platinum, Platinum Mastercard (Black, Diamond, YGC Rewards Plus), Hexagon Priority World Mastercard, Hexagon Club Mastercard, JCB Platinum, UnionPay Diamond, and ZALORA Credit Card
3. Eligible cardholders are entitled to 50% OFF on The Pantry Buffet using their premium RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period.
   Buffet rates are as follows:

• Lunch (Tuesday to Friday): ₱2,087.60 nett
• Dinner (Wednesday to Thursday): ₱2,763 nett
• Dinner (Friday to Saturday): ₱3,070 nett
• Brunch (Sundays only): ₱3,070 nett

4. Offer is valid for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 diners.
5. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited.
6. Take-out, down payments, payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties are excluded from the promo.
7. Discount will be applied on food bill only before taxes and service charge. Taxes and service charge will be applied on the discounted food bill. VAT inclusive. Service charge and local taxes shall be excluded from the promo. Therefore, the transaction amount, which is the basis of the discount, shall not include the service charge and local taxes.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
9. The discount is not convertible to cash or any food and/or beverage item.
10. Promo applies to one cardholder per reservation, per table, per visit only. Promo does not apply to private events.
11. RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp (RBSC) reserves the right to charge the cost of the freebies redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
12. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC.
13. In case of dispute about the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSCand The Pantry, Dusit Thani Manila with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
