Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo period is from December 1, 2023 to February 28, 2024 at The Nostalgia Lounge & Bar.
   Blackout dates are: December 24, 25 & 31, 2023, January 1 and February 14, 2024.
2. The Promo is open to premium RCBC JCB Platinum Credit Card Principal and Supplementary cardholders who are active and in good credit standing and has received an SMS and/or email regarding the promo.
3. Eligible cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their RCBC JCB Platinum Credit Card at The Nostalgia Lounge & Bar:

4.  A maximum of one (1) transaction per cardholder per outlet per day will be eligible for the applicable discount.  Maximum of ten (10) transactions during the entire promo period will be eligible for the discount.
5. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
6. Take-out, down payments, payments for banquet sales, private functions, parties are excluded from the promo.
7. Discount will be applied on food bill only before taxes and service charge. Taxes and service charge will be applied on discounted food bill. VAT inclusive. Service charge and local taxes shall be excluded from the promo. Therefore, the transaction amount, which is the basis of the discount, shall not include the service charge and local taxes.
8. This promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing Joy-Nostalg Hotels and Suites Manila offers and promotions. Senior Citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotional discount or they may avail of the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act No. 7432 and 7277, both as amended under R.A. 9994 or their VIP Membership privileges, as the case may be. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
9. The discount is not convertible to cash or any food and/or beverage item.

12. RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC) reserves the right to charge the cost of the freebies redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
13. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC.
14. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC and Joy-Nostalg Hotels and Suites Manila with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
