  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good standing.

    Stay period: July 15, 2026 - January 31, 2027
    Blackout dates apply: December 24, 25, and 31, 2026, and January 1, 2027
  3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 50% OFF on Suites based on published rates, inclusive of breakfast for two (2) persons, when they pay using their RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period.
  4. Prior reservations are required. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly with the hotel:

  5. The standard room cancellation policy of Hotel Celeste applies. Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.

  7. This promo is not valid in conjunction with other existing promotional offers and discounts, including, but not limited to, bundled drink packages, seasonal discounted offerings, or any other promotional discounts from RCBC Credit Cards and Hotel Celeste.
  8. Cardholders with mandatory and government regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
  9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  10. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of the participating hotels/resorts and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
