- Service charge is excluded from the discount computation.
- Cardholders must present their eligible RCBC Premium Credit Card prior to payment and must explicitly inform the representative/s that they will avail of the offer.
- Only one (1) RCBC Premium Credit Card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Promo offer can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only per table per visit. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.
- Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
- In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards and the merchant partner/s shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
- Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
