  1. Service charge is excluded from the discount computation.
  2. Cardholders must present their RCBC Visa Premium Credit Card prior to payment and must explicitly inform the representative/s that they will avail of the offer.
  3. Only one (1) RCBC Visa Premium Credit Card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Promo offer can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only per table per visit. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.
  4. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
  5. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards and the merchant partner/s shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
  6. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
