   Blackout dates apply: Public holidays, special holidays, and peak events (e.g., Easter, Halloween, November 1, December 24, December 25, December 31, January 1, and Valentine's Day)

8. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts (e.g., Senior Citizens, PWDs) may choose to avail of either this promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 / relevant laws, whichever is higher.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Quest Plus Conference Center Manila and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive, in concurrence with the DTI. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved solely by RCBC Credit Cards.
