PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo period is valid every Monday and Tuesday from September 1 to 30, 2026, and is valid at all Max's restaurants.
    Blackout dates apply: All legal, special, and public holidays
  2. The Promo is open to RCBC Premium Credit Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
    Eligible Premium RCBC Credit Cards are as follows:
      • RCBC World Mastercard (including Hexagon Club Priority, Balesin, The City Club)
      • RCBC Visa Infinite
      • RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature
      • RCBC Platinum Mastercard (Black, Diamond, Hexagon Club Privilege, YGC Rewards Plus Platinum)
      • RCBC Visa Platinum (including AirAsia Platinum)
      • RCBC JCB Platinum
      • RCBC UnionPay Diamond
  3. Eligible cardholders get 40% OFF at Max’s with a minimum single-receipt spend of ₱5,000 and a maximum discount of ₱5,000. Net price is VAT-inclusive and subject to a 4% Service Charge and applicable local taxes.
  4. The RCBC Platinum Credit Card must be presented prior to payment and only one (1) credit card may be used to settle the bill per transaction. The offer must be charged in a single-receipt transaction.
  5. The offer is nontransferable, non-convertible to cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
  6. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards and the merchant partner/s shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
  7. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
