Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Booking period is from December 16, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Stay period is from December 16, 2022 to July 7, 2023.
    Blackout dates: December 18, 2022-January 3, 2023, January 17-25, 2023, April 1-9, 2023, and April 30-May 3, 2023
  3. Cardholders are entitled to avail of 30% OFF on all rooms based on Best Available Rates when they book using their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period, subject to room availability, blackout date/s, and other conditions:
  • Room rate inclusions: breakfast for two, complimentary drinking water, Wi-Fi, bathroom amenities, access to the main restaurant, rooftop restaurant & bar, rooftop pools, and fitness center
  • Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso based on single or double occupancy, inclusive of government taxes and service charges.
  • An extra person fee of ₱2,000.00 per night applies for every exceeding occupant which shall be collected upon check-in.

RESERVATION POLICIES

    1. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability. Additional charges will apply
    2. An Incidental deposit of ₱2,000.00 per night shall be collected upon check-in and refundable upon check-out.

CHILD POLICIES

  1. Maximum of two children, twelve (12) years old and below may be accommodated inside a room free-of-charge, provided that they are sharing the room with adults, and no extra bed is required.
  2. For breakfast, children five (5) years old and below are free of charge. For children six (6) to twelve (12) years old, a 50% discount on the breakfast rate will be charged.
  3. For transfers, infants two (2) years old and below are free of charge.
  4. Thirteen (13) years old and above are considered adults and shall be charged accordingly.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES

  1. Any cancellations, amendments, or shortened stays made at least 15 days prior to the expected date of arrival are free-of-charge.
  2. Any cancellations, amendments, or shortened stays shall be charged a penalty equivalent to 50% of the full reservation amount shall be imposed when the change is made within 14 to 8 days prior to the arrival date
  3. Any cancellations, amendments, or shortened stays shall be charged a penalty equivalent to the full reservation amount shall be imposed when the change is made 7 days or less prior to the arrival date
  4. A “no show” fee equivalent to the full reservation amount shall be imposed if the guest fails to arrive on the expected date.
  5. For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused room night/s shall be non-refundable.
  6. Feliz Hotel Boracay reserves the right to release the reservation if the guest does not arrive within the given time frame without prior notice.
  1. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly with the hotel via phone or email. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
  2. The standard room cancellation policy of Feliz Hotel Boracay applies.
  3. The general hotel terms and conditions of Feliz Hotel Boracay applies.
  4. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
  5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  6. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Feliz Hotel Boracay and RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC.
