20% Rebate at SM Retail Stores

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC JCB Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing.
   Cardholders in good credit standing are those with RCBC JCB Credit Cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of RCBC JCB Credit Cards.
2. Promo runs on the following dates:

• August 19-21, 2023 (Sat-Mon)
• September 19-21, 2023 (Tues-Thurs)
• October 19-21, 2023 (Thurs-Sat)
• November 19-21, 2023 (Sun-Tues)
• December 19-21, 2023 (Tues-Thurs)
• January 19-21, 2024 (Fri-Sun)

3. RCBC JCB Credit Cardholders may enjoy 20% REBATE (up to ₱2,000) for a minimum cumulative spend of ₱5,000 using an RCBC JCB Credit Card within the promo period.
   

   The minimum rebate is ₱1,000 and the maximum rebate is ₱2,000 per promo period per qualified RCBC JCB Credit Card. The maximum rebate applies to purchases amounting to ₱10,000 and above.

4. The rebate is valid for purchases made at the following SM Retail stores during the promotion period:

• SM Appliance
• Our Home
• Crate & Barrel
• Watsons
• Uniqlo
• Crocs
• Dyson
• The Body Shop
• Innisfree

5. The promo applies to straight purchases only. Online purchases from ShopSM/SM Department Store and The SM Store online and installment purchases are excluded from the promo.
6. To meet the total, spend requirement, the Principal Cardholder cannot combine his/her purchases with the Supplementary Cardholder, and vice-versa. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to monitor his/her qualified spend.
7. Transactions of RCBC JCB primary and supplementary cardholders are computed separately which will be credited to Principal Cardholder’s account based on the schedule below. This will be shown on the cardholders’ Statement of Account (SOA). Qualified Cardholders who earned the rebates will be notified through SMS between two (2) to seven (7) banking days from crediting of rebate.

8. RCBC JCB Credit Card must be active and updated (without incurring past due/delinquency) within the promo period and at the time of crediting the rebate, otherwise, the rebate earned shall be forfeited.
9. Rebates awarded are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash, however, it is treated as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the Card.
10. The rebate cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotional offers (including, but not limited to rebates, discounts, spend anywhere, activation promos, etc.). If found to have multiple availments, the RCBC Credit Cards shall have the right to reverse the rebate amount credited to the RCBC JCB Credit Card. RCBC/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) has the sole discretion in qualifying the transactions of a Cardholder based on the mechanics of the Promo. Once qualified, the transaction can no longer be used for another promo even if the said transaction meets the criteria of the other promo.
11. RCBC/RBSC reserves the right to reverse or adjust the rebate posted if the qualifying transactions were disputed or cancelled on a later date, if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or if a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions, or if there is an erroneous posting of the rebate, or if the transaction was used to register or redeem from another ongoing promo.
12. In case of disputes, RCBC/RBSC's decision shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes must be raised by the Cardholder within sixty (60) calendar days from the posting of the rebate.
13. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
