20% Rebate at SM Retail Stores

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo is open to all RCBC JCB Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing.
   Cardholders in good credit standing are those with RCBC JCB Credit Cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of RCBC JCB Credit Cards. 
2. Promo runs on the following dates:

• March 19 to 21, 2023 (Sun-Tues)
• April 19 to 21, 2023 (Wed-Fri)
• May 19 to 21, 2023 (Fri-Sun)
• June 19 to 21, 2023 (Mon-Wed)
• July 19 to 21, 2023 (Wed-Fri)

3.  RCBC JCB Credit Cardholders may enjoy the following offers every promo period:

• 20% REBATE for a minimum cumulative spend of ₱5,000, maximum cumulative spend of ₱10,000.
• Cumulative purchases above ₱10,000 will get a ₱2,000 REBATE.

4. The rebate is valid for purchases made at the following SM Retail stores during the promotion period:

5. The promo applies to physical or online stores of the participating SM Retail stores. Purchases inside SM Store/SM Department Store and ShopSM/SM Store online are excluded from the promo.
6. To meet the total spend requirement, the Principal Cardholder cannot combine his/her purchases with the Supplementary Cardholder, and vice-versa. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to monitor his/her qualified spend.
7. Transactions of RCBC JCB primary and supplementary cardholders are computed separately which will be credited to Principal Cardholder’s account thrice, within 25 business days after March 21, 2023, May 21, 2023 and July 21, 2023. This will be shown on cardholders’ Statement of Account (SOA).

8. Qualified Cardholders who earned the rebates will be notified by the issuing banks via Viber/SMS within two (2) banking days from crediting of rebate.
9. The RCBC JCB Credit Card must be active and updated (without incurring past due/delinquency) within the promo period and at the time of crediting of the rebate, otherwise, the rebate earned shall be forfeited.
10. Rebates awarded are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash, however, it is treated as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the Card.
11. The rebate cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotional offers of the issuing banks (including, but not limited to: other ongoing rebates, discounts, spend anywhere, activation promos, etc.). If found to have multiple availments, the issuing banks shall have the right to reverse the rebate amount credited to the RCBC JCB Credit Card, at their discretion. Issuing banks have the sole discretion in qualifying the transactions of a Cardholder based on the mechanics of the Promo. Once qualified by the Issuing bank, the transaction can no longer be used for another promo even if the said transaction meets the criteria of the other promo.
12. Issuing banks reserve the right to reverse or adjust the rebate posted if the qualifying transactions were disputed or cancelled on a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions, or if there is erroneous posting of the rebate, or if the transaction was used to register or redeem from another ongoing promo.
13. In case of disputes, RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp.’s (RBSC) decision shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes must be raised by the Cardholder within sixty (60) calendar days from the posting of the rebate by the Issuing bank or not later than:
