Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Booking Period is from November 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023. Stay Period is from November 1, 2022 to June 7, 2023.
    Blackout dates apply: December 24-25, 2022, December 30, 2022, January 1, 2023, January 22-25, 2023, and April 6-9, 2023
  3. Cardholders are entitled to avail of 20% OFF on Queen Room with 1-hour in-room massage for two (2) when they book using their RCBC Credit Card at participating Go Hotels during the promo period.
  4. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly via the hotel’s reservation hotline, or email.

    Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo. Online reservations are not included in the promo. If availed thru walk-in, the rate will be based on the walk-in rate available at the front desk, not based on the online rate seen prior to arrival.

  5. The standard room cancellation policy of Go Hotels applies.
  6. The general hotel terms and conditions of Go Hotels applies.
  7. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
  8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  9. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Go Hotels and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
