Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Booking period is from March 1 to August 31, 2023, valid for stays until September 30, 2023.
    Blackout dates apply: April 5-9, April 21-23, April 28-May 1, June 9-12 & 28, August 18-21, and August 25-28
  3. Cardholders are entitled to avail of 15% OFF on rooms based on Best Available Rates and Free use of Kayak (1 Kayak per room for 15 minutes) when they book using their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period, subject to room availability, blackout date/s, and other conditions:

Other conditions:

  • Surcharge applies to peak dates (Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Holy Week, and Labor Day).
  • Rate is non-refundable
  • Rebookable within 3 months from the original stay date
  • Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no show and no refund will be given
  • Offer is not transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificate.
  • Other hotel incidental charges and services will be charge separately and must be settled upon check-out.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other on-going promos and discounts of the hotel.
  • Other hotel policies shall apply. Not valid for in-room dining. ; In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  1. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly with the hotel via phone or email. A quotation reflecting the discount and an online payment link shall be provided. An eligible RCBC Credit Card must be used to pay the full amount online.
  2. The standard room cancellation policy of Palm Beach Resort applies.
  3. The general hotel terms and conditions of Palm Beach Resort applies.
  4. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
  5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  6. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Palm Beach Resort and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
