Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Booking period until December 31, 2023, valid for stays until January 31, 2024.
    Blackout dates apply: Dinagyang Festival, December 24, 25, 30, & 31, 2023
  3. Cardholders are entitled to avail of 15% OFF on rooms based on Best Available Rates when they book using their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period, subject to room availability, blackout date/s, and other conditions.
  4. Offers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings, or discount privileges.
  5. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly with the hotel via phone or email. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
  6. The standard room cancellation policy of Richmonde Hotel Iloilo applies.
  7. The general hotel terms and conditions of Richmonde Hotel Iloilo applies.
  8. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
  9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  10. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
