PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders and/or RCBC Pay users whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Promo period is from July 22, 2026 to July 21, 2027 at the participating merchants.
  3. Cardholders can avail of a 15% OFF for every ₱5,000 single-receipt in all branches and get a free Skin Analyzer for every ₱10,000 single-receipt purchase for Platinum/Premium Cardholders. Clients are required to call and set an appointment before visiting the clinic to ensure availability. Skin Analyzer is available at Ortigas Branch Only
  4. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and Active Hearing Center.
  5. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards and Active Hearing Center shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
  6. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
