  3. Cardholders are entitled to the following when they book using their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period. Offer is subject to room availability, black out date/s, and other conditions.

  1. Blackout Dates:

  • Chinese New Year Season: January 27, 2025 to February 2, 2025
  • Holy Week: April 17-20, 2025
  1. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly via phone or email and inform that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
  2. The general terms and conditions of Chardonnay Events Hall By Astoria applies.
  3. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  4. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the person with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Republic Act 10754, “An Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disabilities,” whichever is higher.
  5. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Chardonnay Events Hall By Astoria and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.

  1. A reservation fee of ₱30,000 shall apply. This is non-refundable but is subject to move date depending on the availability of the venue.
