TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Offer is valid for bookings until August 31, 2026, with stays to be completed by November 30, 2026.
  2. Prior reservation is required and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  3. Offer is designed for married couples and/or life partners residing in the same city.
  4. Both guests must be between 28 and 65 years old and are required to participate in the offer together.
  5. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion and is non-refundable, non- transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
  6. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  7. Offer covers accommodation, hotel taxes, and service charges only. Any other expenses will be charged to the guest's account.
  8. Peak season and holiday surcharges may apply, including during Festive periods, Chinese New Year, and seasonal holidays. For more information, guests may contact Anantara Vacation Club’s reservation hotline.
  9. Additional charges apply for room upgrades and extra nights.
  10. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge equivalent to the best flexible rate per night.
  11. Payment must be made using an eligible RCBC Premium Credit Card. Full payment of all applicable fees and charges is required upon booking.
  12. Final discretion shall rest with DTI concurrence.
  13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  14. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
