Alicia Alag, a resident of Quezon City and an active RCBC Bankard cardholder, emerged as the lucky winner of a brand-new 32GB iPhone 7 in the first raffle draw of RCBC Bankard’s “Enroll, Pay and Win” raffle promo held last September 11 at the RCBC Bankard main office.  The promo is open to all active RCBC Bankard principal cardholders who have successfully enrolled their credit card accounts in Fast BillsPay, RCBC Bankard’s convenient payment facility that gives cardholders the option to pay for their utility and internet bills either on-demand or via auto charge using their card. To qualify, cardholders must have availed of the Fast BillsPay facilty within the promo period which runs from July 15 to December 15, 2017. Lucky winner Alicia Alag used her RCBC Bankard Mastercard Gold to pay for her PLDT bill last July via Fast BillsPay.
