How to Get Accredited as an RCBC Merchant:

Fill out the Application Form

Go to the RCBC Merchant Onboarding online application and complete the form with your business details. 

Submit the Required Documents

To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, please have the following documents ready for upload:

a) Signed RCBC Merchant Agreement

  1. Mayor's Permit
  2. Business Registration Certificate (DTI)
  3. Store Photos (Interior & Exterior)
  4. Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303 - COR)
  5. A valid ID with photo and signature - front and back
    (i.e., Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PRC, National ID)

PARTNERSHIP

  1. Mayor's Permit
  2. Store Photos (Interior & Exterior)
  3. Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303 - COR)
  4. A valid ID with photo and signature - front and back
    (i.e., Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PRC, National ID)
  5. Articles of Partnership
  6. Notarized Partnership Resolution

CORPORATION

  1. Mayor's Permit
  2. Store Photos (Interior & Exterior)
  3. Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303 - COR)
  4. A valid ID with photo and signature - front and back
    (i.e., Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PRC, National ID – front)
  5. Articles of Incorporation
  6. By-laws
  7. General Information (issued by SEC)
  8. Notarized Secretary's Certificate or Board Resolution

- Special Power of Attorney (if payment signatory is not the owner)
AMLA Form (for companies with multiple signatories) 

Application Review

After you submit your application and documents, our team will review them within 3-5 business days. Please expect a call from our representative to schedule an appointment for a store visit.

You will receive a confirmation once your application is approved.

Set up your RCBC Payment Solution facility

After approval, we will proceed with the setup. We also offer training sessions to help you and your staff get acquainted with the facility.




Frequently Asked Questions

Who can apply as an RCBC Merchant?

Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, and Corporation can apply as RCBC Merchants.

Are there any fees for merchant onboarding?

There are no fees for onboarding, however, a fixed Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) per transaction will apply once you are onboarded.

What information is required for registration?

You will need to provide the following information:

• Contact Person's information

• Business details

• Email and Mobile Number

• Business Bank Account information for Settlement/Payout

Can I apply even without an RCBC Account?

Yes, non-RCBC account holders are welcome to apply as RCBC Merchants. You are encouraged though to open an RCBC deposit account.

Can I use another bank for settlement?

Yes, you can nominate a non-RCBC account to receive your payouts. Please complete the Payment Instruction Form and prepare proof of your bank account.

What payment solutions will I be provided with?

You will have access to RCBC QR Pay and/or RCBC Tap-to-Phone payment acceptance.

How will I know the status of my application, and how long does the onboarding process take?

The processing time of complete applications takes around 7 to 10 banking days including the deployment of RCBC QR Pay and/or RCBC Tap-to-Phone.
