ADVISORY ON THE REMOVAL OF MULTIPLE PAYMENT FEE

To provide you with greater flexibility and convenience when managing your payments, we are pleased to announce that, starting February 1, 2024, we will be removing the Multiple Payment Fee for payments made from non-RCBC channels. With this, you can now make multiple payments using any payment channel within a statement cycle without incurring additional charges. 

To further enhance your payment experience, we encourage you to take advantage of digital payment channels which will allow you to manage your payments 24/7 from the comfort of your home or on the go:

*If payment is made on or before 2:00 PM.

Important Reminders:

• - Biller/Payee Name may vary per payment channel. Look for "RCBC Bankard", "RCBC CC Bankard", or "Bankard" as a biller/payee in the Bills Payment section.

• - You can also pay over-the-counter at any branch of RCBC, BDO, SM Bills Payment, and Bayad Centers.
