Advisory on Email & SMS Sender Name Change

Starting September 1, 2023, our email and SMS Sender ID for RCBC Credit Card and RCBC Personal & Salary Loans advisories, alerts, and notifications will be changed from “RCBCBANKARD” to "RCBC Credit".

The SMS Sender ID for One-Time Password (OTP) on your online transactions will still be coming from RCBCBANKARD.

To ensure the security of your RCBC Credit Card/RCBC Personal and Salary Loan transactions, here are some tips to keep in mind:

 RCBC and RCBC Credit Card will never send messages with links.

 We will never ask you to provide your card number, CVV/CVC, or One-Time Password via SMS, phone, or email.

 If you have inadvertently replied and provided your information, please report it immediately to our Customer Service hotline at (02) 8888-1888.
