Win a Trip to Korea for Two!


PROMO MECHANICS

  1. Eligibility: RCBC Credit Cardholders must make a minimum purchase of ₱10,000 using their RCBC Credit Card at the RCBC Travel Fair on April 10-13, 2025, at Shangri-La Plaza to earn 1 e-raffle ticket.
  2. Promo runs from April 10-13, 2025 (“Promo Period”). All transactions must be made during the promo period to qualify for the promo. The deadline for earning raffle entries is 11:59 PM on April 13, 2025. The determination of winner will be on April 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM via Google Meet.
  3. The Cardholder will earn 1 raffle ticket for every ₱10,000 worth of travel-related transaction/s, single receipt or accumulated receipts, within the promo period, and will have the chance to win a round-trip ticket to South Korea via Asiana Airlines for two (1 winner winning 2 round-trip tickets).
  4. RCBC Credit Cardholders should register online here or via the QR Code displayed at the event to earn e-raffle entries.

TRACKING OF SPEND

  1. The qualified cardholders will receive an SMS on the number of raffle entry/ies earned.

SELECTION OF THE WINNER

  1. The winner will be drawn electronically at the RCBC Credit Card Office by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (“RCBC Credit Cards”) in the presence of a DTI representative.

NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING OF PRIZES

  1. The Winner will be notified by RCBC via registered mail & registered e-mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date. The winner will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge the message sent by RCBC. Failure to do so will mean forfeiture of the prize, and RCBC reserves the right to award another winner, with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
  2. The Winner will be announced and posted on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mail.
  3. Winner must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and a valid government-issued ID to be sent to RCBC Credit Cards via email: email@service.rcbcbankard.com. The winner must also sign and submit the Quit Claim upon claiming of the prize.
  4. In the event the winner remains uncontacted via SMS or video call after 60 days from receipt of notification or doesn’t meet any of the requirements stated above, RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to select another winner/top spender with approval from DTI.
  5. To claim the prize, Winner must present one (1) valid government ID and his/her valid RCBC credit card.
  6. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification.
  7. In relation to the promo, RCBC Credit Cards might request a photo of the winner showcasing/ enjoying the usage of his/her RCBC Credit Card. Names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on RCBC Credit Cards’ official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mailer. By claiming the prizes, the winner grants RCBC and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or social media pages.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. All employees of RCBC, RBSC, KTO, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
  2. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp hold the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
  3. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
  4. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.
  5. The winner must travel on the same flight as the accompanying companion.

AWARD CERTIFICATE

The certificate amounts to ₱50,000 (₱25,000.00 x 2pax). Any amount in excess of this should be settled by the certificate holder.

The Award Certificate must be exchanged for ticket issuance by 31 December 2025, and the ticket must be issued within 14 days from the chosen departure date.

  1. Provide preferred travel dates for the MNL/ ICN /MNL route.
    Peak Season: April 1 - May 31, 2025; December 16 – 31, 2025
    (Fare on peak season dates will exceed ₱25,000/pax)
    Blackout dates: No Blackout Period
  2. The extension of the award certificate's validity is not allowed.

This certificate is non-transferable, non-endorsable, cannot be bartered or sold, and is not convertible to cash; however, if the winner transfers the Award Certificate, the recipient must be an immediate family member (spouse, children, or parents).

The original copy of the Award Certificate must be surrendered at the Asiana Airline office.

TICKET INFORMATION

  • Booking Class: Subject to seat availability
  • Travel period is until December 31, 2025 (must be completed)
  • Ticket is non-rebookable, non-reroutable, and non-refundable. No Mileage accrual. However, if the winner transfers the prize, the recipient must be an immediate family member (spouse, children, or parents)
