6. Applicants must visit the UHI office in Dusit Thani, Makati, for payment and submission of documents. Cardholders must present and use their RCBC Credit Card for payment.
7. The rate is inclusive of the Multiple Entry Visa fee. Issuance of multiple entry visas is still a discretion of the Japan Embassy.

Japan ALL-IN Packages

1. The Promo period is from July 21 to August 25 or September 30, 2023, depending on the package.
2. A non-refundable deposit of USD300 per person is required upon reservation.
3. 50% payment is required per person before submission of the Japan Tourist visa application or before the given deadline.
4. Full payment is required upon release of the Passport with Japan Visa or on or before the given deadline.
5. A surcharge will apply if joiners are less than 16 adults.
6. The itinerary may change depending on the local conditions.
7. Cancellation charges will apply.
8. We have the right to re-quote for any drastic change in the conversion rate.
