Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to premium RCBC Credit Cardholders who are active and in good credit standing and have received an SMS and/or email regarding the promo.
2. Promo period is from February 10 to August 10, 2024 at the following restaurants*:

• Nikkei Rockwell
• Nikkei Nama Bar Rada
• Nikkei Robata (Uptown, Newport, and Greenbelt)
• Señorita Sunae Asian Kitchen
• Sakagura
• Big Belly

3. Eligible cardholders are entitled to avail of 50% OFF on total bill for a minimum single-receipt spend of ₱3,500 and a maximum of ₱10,000 using their premium RCBC Credit Cards on the following dates:

4. A maximum of one (1) transaction per cardholder per outlet per day will be eligible for the applicable discount. A maximum of ten (10) transactions during the entire promo period will be eligible for the discount.
5. Promo is valid daily from 12:00 NN to 4:00 PM. Not available during holidays.
6. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
7. Take-out, down payments, payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties are excluded from the promo.
8. Discount will be applied on food bill only before taxes and service charge. Taxes and service charge will be applied to the discounted food bill. VAT inclusive. Service charge and local taxes shall be excluded from the promo. Therefore, the transaction amount, which is the basis of the discount, shall not include the service charge and local taxes.
9. This promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing The Nikkei Group offers and promotions. Senior Citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotional discount or they may avail of the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act No. 7432 and 7277, both as amended under R.A. 9994 or their VIP Membership privileges, as the case may be. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.

13. RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC) reserves the right to charge the cost of the freebies redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC credit card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
14. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC.
15. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC and The Nikkei Group with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

*Promo is not applicable to Nikkei Podium, Nikkei Nama BGC, and Terraza Martinez.
