ATTENDANCE CONFIRMATION:
- Winners must send an email to service@rcbcbankard.com upon receipt of the notification. Use the subject line: “Abu Dhabi – [Full Name]”
- Failure to confirm attendance within the specified deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize in favor of RCBC with prior DTI approval.
ON-SITE REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS
- Present a valid government-issued ID.
- Present the RCBC Visa Credit Card used for the winning transaction.
- Prizes are non-convertible to cash but transferable.
RAFFLE DRAW & SUPERVISION
- Raffle draws will be conducted electronically under the supervision of a DTI representative.
- A participant may win only once. If a name is drawn more than once, another winner will be selected.
OTHER TERMS
- RCBC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winning transactions and cardholders.
- Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
