TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC JCB Credit Card holders, principal and supplementary, with good credit standing.
  2. The promo is valid every Tuesday from January 21 to April 8, 2025.
  3. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must use his/her RCBC JCB Credit Card at the participating stores.
  4. The offer is valid for dine-in transactions.
  5. JCB Cardholders are entitled to one (1) transaction per cardholder per visit per branch.
  6. Some Express branches are not serving Pepsi products, in exchange, the free drink will either be Iced tea or Cucumber lemonade.
  7. The offer is not convertible to cash. It cannot be exchanged for any other products.
  8. The promotion cannot be combined, or availed of in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, and merchandise directly offered by the merchant.
  9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  10. In case of dispute such as, but not limited to Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilments etc., JCB's decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo or any redemption shall be resolved by JCB with the concurrence of DTI.
