1. How do I redeem airasia rewards deals?
Here’s a complete step-by-step guide on how to redeem airasia rewards deals on the airasia Super App.
- Launch the airasia Super App and sign in to your airasia member account. Tap on the ‘Use airasia points’ tab and browse through the deals within your preferred category. Select your preferred deal to view full details.
- Read and understand the Terms of Use carefully before choosing to redeem airasia rewards deals.
- Tap on the ‘Redeem now’ button and you will be directed to a confirmation page.
- Double-check the details of the deal you would like to redeem (i.e. redemption dates, Terms of Use, and the total airasia points to be deducted), then tap on the ‘Confirm’ button.
- Done! You have successfully redeemed an airasia rewards deal. No printing is required because all your airasia rewards deals that you have redeemed will be stored under ‘My Vouchers’ in the airasia Super App.
A. Usage of airasia rewards deals for Offline Merchant(s)
All usage of the airasia rewards deals in the form of e-vouchers are done via the airasia Super App. To use the vouchers, simply tap on the ‘Use now’ button, then present the voucher code to the merchant for payment. Please take note that you will NOT be able to retrieve the voucher code once you have closed the page.
B. Usage of airasia rewards deals for Online Merchant(s)
Upon the redemption of your preferred airasia rewards deals, you will be provided with a unique promo code that will be sent to you via the registered email in our system. Please copy this promo code and paste it at the checkout page of that particular online merchant to enjoy the promo.
2. What are the different methods of payment for airasia rewards deals?
Each airasia rewards deals will be tagged with a specific amount of airasia points needed for the redemption. There are 2 ways to redeem airasia rewards deals:
- Use ONLY airasia points to pay IN FULL for your preferred airasia rewards deals, OR
- Use partial airasia points and choose to top up the remaining balance by purchasing additional airasia points via BigPay Checkout or a credit/debit card at checkout.
3. What if I do not have enough airasia Points to redeem airasia rewards deals?
The minimum airasia points required for ANY redemption is 125 airasia points. But you can still redeem airasia rewards deals even if you do not have sufficient airasia points. Simply purchase an airasia points Top-Up via BigPay Checkout or a credit/debit card at checkout by following the step-by-step instructions under airasia points Top-Up and you will get your deals in no time.

You can make the payment via BigPay Checkout or use any valid credit or debit card to pay for the balance of the airasia points needed.
5. What if I have less than 125 airasia points in my airasia member account?
There are many ways for you to earn airasia points that will enable you to redeem and enjoy airasia rewards deals:
- Apply and use the AirAsia Credit Card to start earning airasia points on all your daily spendings – it’s one of the fastest ways for you to earn airasia points, OR

All expired vouchers will be voided automatically and cannot be refunded. We are unable to extend the voucher expiration date as all vouchers have a fixed validity period upon purchasing. 12. After I have redeemed a deal, do I need to make a reservation before visiting the merchant's outlet?
Please note that different deals and merchants may have different rules set to the specific deals. Some may require reservations to be made prior to the visit, and some may not. That is why it is important for you to read through the Terms of Use carefully prior to your redemption.
13. For merchants that require reservations, can I reschedule my confirmed reservation slot?
Depending on the terms set by the merchant, some deals can be rescheduled. However, it is best for you to read the full Terms of Use for each deal to avoid any unpleasant experiences.
14. Where can I find the Terms of Use for each deal?
The Terms of Use can be found at the bottom section of each airasia rewards deal within the airasia Super App. Please read it carefully prior to your redemption.
15. Will I earn airasia points when I redeem airasia rewards deals?
No, you will not earn airasia points when you redeem ANY airasia rewards deals.
16. I need a receipt for my redemption, how do I get that?
Upon any successful transactions made for airasia rewards deals, you will receive an official receipt via the registered email in our system. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to us at askbig@airasiabig.com
