  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. The Promo Period is from November 27, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
  3. The promo entitles the Principal RCBC Credit Cardholders to get the following when they use their RCBC Credit Card within the promo period:

  1. Principal RCBC Credit Cardholders must enroll on a 12-month lock-in contract using their qualified RCBC Credit Card at any Surge Fitness + Lifestyle branch to avail of this promo.
  2. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and Surge Fitness + Lifestyle.
  3. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Surge Fitness + Lifestyle and RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC.
  4. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed
