10% OFF at Payless


PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Promo period is from September 1 to November 30, 2025, in all Payless ShoeSource stores.
  3. Cardholders are entitled to 10% OFF on regular-priced footwear with a minimum single-receipt spend of ₱1,500 when using their RCBC Credit Card, or no minimum spend is required when using RCBC Pay* during the promo period.

    *RCBC Pay is available to RCBC Mastercard Credit Cardholders through the RCBC Pulz app on NFC-enabled Android smartphones.

  4. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and Payless ShoeSource.
  5. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards and Payless ShoeSource shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
  6. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
