RCBC CREDIT CARDS

There are two ways:

(1) via the RCBC Pulz app

  1. Log in to the RCBC Pulz
  2. Go to the CREDIT CARD tab
  3. Select the credit card you want to view
  4. Click "View Statement"
  5. Select the month you want to view

(2) via RCBC Credit Cards ONLINE

  1. Log in to the RCBC Credit Cards Online at https://online.rcbccredit.com/Account/Login
  2. Go to the "Statement of Accounts" tab.
  3. Select the card you want to view
  4. Select the month you want to view then click "search"

Via RCBC Pulz

  1. Log in to the RCBC Pulz
  2. Go to CREDIT CARD tab
  3. Select the credit card you want to view
  4. The following will be viewable
  • Total Balance Due
  • Due date
  • Last statement balance
  • Minimum Payment Due
  • Last Payment Amount

Via RCBC Credit website

  1. Log In to the RCBC Credit Cards Online

Via Erica 

  1. Go to our www.rcbccredit.com and click on Erica's icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
  2. Start a conversation by choosing the "Account Inquiry" from the carousel selection.
  3. Read and agree to the T&C
  4. Click "Yes" to redirect you to an external page.
  5. Enter the 16-digit number
  6. An OTP will be sent to you via SMS to your registered mobile number.
  7. Bot will ask if you received the OTP, click YES or NO.
  8. If yes, you will be ask to enter the OTP in the Chat.
  9. The following will be provided:
  • Available Limit Credit Limit
  • Due Date
  • Amount of Last Payment
  • Date of Last Payment
  • Minimum Amount Due
  • Outstanding Balance Rewards Points/ Airmiles

Via IVRS

Call the RCBC Credit Cards Customer Service hotline (02) 8888-1888 and input the following prompts:

Press 2 – To check your credit card account

-Enter your 16-digit credit card number + OTP that will be sent to your mobile number

Press 1 – To access your credit card

Press 1 – For credit card services

Press 2- To check balance

Via SMS

Send the LAST 6 DIGITS of your credit card to 0919-160-0402 using your registered mobile number.

Via the RCBC Pulz app

  1. After signing in, tap “Credit Card”.
  2. Under “What can your credit card do for you”, tap “See More”.
  3. Look for “Card Setting”.
  4. Tap “Activate”.
  5. Select the Card that you want to activate.
  6. Click "Activate" button and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

A confirmation message will be shown on your App screen upon successful activation: Your Card is now active and ready to use!

Via Chat with Erica

  1. Go to our www.rcbccredit.com and click on Erica's icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
  2. Start a conversation by choosing the "Activate Credit Card" from the carousel selection.
  3. Read and agree to the T&C
  4. Click "Yes" to redirect you to an external page.
  5. Enter the 16-digit number
  6. An OTP will be sent to you via SMS to your registered mobile number.
  7. Bot will ask if you received the OTP, click YES or NO.
  8. If yes, you will be ask to enter the OTP in the Chat.
  9. Card activation will be processed

Via IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

Call the RCBC Credit Cards Customer Service hotline (02) 8888-1888 and input the following prompts to activate your card:

Via RCBC Pulz

  1. After signing in, tap Credit Card.
  2. Tap see all my cards, “My Credit Card”.
  3. Select the account you want to view.
  4. Tap “Recent Transactions” and choose the transaction you'd like to convert or go to billed transactions from your latest statement of account “View Statement” and tap “Transactions”.
  5. Look for the “Convert to Installment” icons. Only marked transactions are eligible for conversion.
  6. Tap “Convert to Installment” for your chosen transaction.
  7. Select your preferred installment term and tap “Continue”
  8. Review the transaction before you swipe “Slide to Convert”.

A. By calling the RCBC Credit customer service hotline at 8888-1888

  1. Press 1 - To report a lost or stolen card


B. Thru RCBC Pulz

  1. After signing in, tap the Credit Card.
  2. Under “What can your credit card do for you”, tap “See More”.
  3. Look for “Support” and tap “Report Card Issue”.
  4. Tap the card you want to report.
  5. Select “Lost Card”.
  6. Once reported, your Card will be blocked and a replacement card will be sent to you.

If your card was upgraded or replaced due to fraud/lost, payments made on the old card numbers will automatically be transfered to the new credit card number.

  • Via Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA)
  • Via the ATMs of participating BancNet and Megalink member banks
  • Any branch of RCBC, BDO, SM Bills Payment Counters, and all Bayad Centers. Dollar payments for dollar cards are accepted at all branches of RCBC and BDO.

If you are a cardholder of RCBC World Mastercard, RCBC Visa Infinite, RCBC Visa Platinum, and Hexagon Priority World Mastercard, you are qualfied to have a complimentary Priority Pass™membership which gives you access to 1,300 airport lounges in over 600 cities worldwide so you can have a tranquil pre-flight experience.

To request for your complimentary Priority Pass™membership card, please call us at (02) 8888-1883 or send an email to email@service.rcbcbankard.com.

Your Priority Pass™ Membership is completely free. Access to the lounge is subject to a fee of US$35 per visit.

You may request a reversal of the access fee when you use your RCBC Credit Card while traveling abroad. A minimum single-receipt or accumulated spend of ₱70,000 or US$1,500 overseas will be equivalent to one (1) access fee reversal. To request a reversal, please call (02) 8888-1883.

FREE ACCESS: Principal Cardholders of Visa Infinite, Visa Platinum, World Mastercard, Black Card Platinum Mastercard, Diamond Card Platinum Mastercard, JCB Platinum, Hexagon Priority and Hexagon Club can enjoy UNLIMITED FREE ACCESS to PAGSS International Lounges in

NAIA Terminals 1 & 3 plus one travel companion.

For more than one (1) travel companion, an access fee of ₱1,500 per person will apply. Kids eight (8) years old and below can access the lounge for free.

PAID ACCESS: Principal Cardholders of Gold, Classic, and Co-Branded RCBC Credit Cards can access these lounges for a fee of US$25. You can have the access fee reversed when you charge a single-receipt or accumulated overseas spend of at least ₱20,000 or US$400 to your RCBC Credit Card, within 90 calendar days from lounge access. To request for the access fee reversal, just call (02) 8888-1888.

How to Avail. To gain Lounge access, the Cardholder can simply present his/her RCBC-issued Credit Card and international flight boarding pass to the Lounge receptionist. The card will be swiped to ensure that it is active. 

RCBC JCB Platinum Credit Cardholders can use the LoungeKey™ service at JCB-selected lounges in China, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Germany, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

To gain access, simply inform the lounge staff that you want to use "LoungeKey" and show your boarding pass together with your RCBC JCB Platinum Credit Card

DCC is an optional service offered by foreign merchants at the point of sale that lets you see and avail the cost of your purchase in your home currency. If you choose this option, a DCC fee of 2.25% of the amount of the transaction shall be billed on your account. This will only applies to transactions amounitng to P1,000.00 and up or its foreign currency equivalent.

Residual Interest is the interest calculated from your balance in the days between your statement being issued and you making a full statement balance payment.

Example:

Cut off date: every 15th of the month

January 15 bill - not fully paid.

February 15 bill - interest was billed due to non full payment of January bill. Fully paid was made February 28.

March 15 bill - Full payment for Feb bill was posted. A residual interest was billed computed from February 15 until Feb 28.

RCBC PULZ

You can search and download the RCBC Pulz app on the Google Play Store or App Store.

  1. Download the RCBC Pulz App – available in the App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery.
  2. Tap “Sign up now” to enroll.
  3. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Enter your 16-digit RCBC Credit Card Number and CVV.
  5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number and then tap Submit.
  6. Create your User ID and Password.
  7. You will receive an email confirmation of enrollment and activation to access the account.
  8. Another email will be sent after replying YES confiming succesful enrollment and SMS "Welcome to RCBC Digital! Enjoy access to the full suite of convenient online banking services…"
  9. Select the RCBC Credit Cards that you’d like to add to the RCBC Pulz app. All done!
  10. Log in using your fingerprint! Activate biometrics log-in on your phone.

Yes, here's how:

  1. After signing in, go to “Credit Card” tab and select the Card you want to view.
  2. Choose the transaction that you’d like to convert to installment from “Recent Transaction” or latest statement of account on “View Statement”.
  3. Tap the “Convert to Installment” link on your chosen transaction.
  4. Select your preferred installment term
  5. “Slide to Convert” to confirm your transaction

UnliPay is available through the RCBC Pulz app.

Here's how it works:

  1. After signing in to RCBC Pulz, go to the “Credit Card” tab, and tap “UnliPay”.
  2. Enter the amount, your payee's account details, and the purpose of payment. Review and swipe "Slide to Pay".
  3. Verify your transaction by Biometrics
  4. All done! A confirmation message with the transaction details will appear on the screen


Note:

  • Tip: For a smooth UnliPay transaction, ensure that you have the updated version of the RCBC Pulz app.
  • A processing fee of 3% or ₱50 whichever is higher will be charged for every successful UnliPay transaction.
  • Payment for transaction amounts of ₱50,000 and below and all transfers to RCBC accounts will be processed and credited to your nominated bank account in real-time.
  • Payments to non-RCBC deposit accounts that are more than ₱50,000 shall be credited the same day if the transfer is done before 2:00 PM while payments made from 2:00 PM onwards shall be credited the following banking day.
  • Daily max aggregate limit per client (accross all cards) is up to 100k only
  • Monthly max aggregate limit per client (accross all cards) is up to P300.000.00

Do a one-time enrollment of the biller. After signing in, tap your Card.

  1. After signing in, go to Bills Payment > Manage Billers.
  2. To add a new Biller, click the + icon on top right of the screen.
  3. Choose if you wish to enroll On-Demand or Auto-Charge Biller.
  4. Select from the list of billers.
  5. Input Biller details such as Biller Nickname and Account No./Customer No./Reference No.
  6. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  7. Save.

You can now proceed to paying your bill.

  1. From the "Bills Payment" screen, tap Pay Bill.
  2. Select from your list of enrolled billers.
  3. Provide payment details such as Account Number, Subscriber Name, and Amount.
  4. Review and confirm provided information. Then enter OTP.
  5. You're done! An SMS or Email confirmation will be sent to you.

Note:

  • You may click add to my favorites so you will no longer need to enter the details again the next time you pay.
  • For auto charge enrollment, just click the Auto Charge biller
  1. After logging in
  2. An option in the dashboard will appear "You have a credit card/s that needs to be activated"
  3. Click Activate
  4. Select the Card that you want to activate. Click my other card for supplementary card activation.
  5. Click "Activate" button and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  6. A confirmation message will be shown on your App screen upon successful activation: Your Card is now active and ready to use!
  1. Log in to RCBC Pulz App
  2. Go to "Credit Card" > "My Credit card" (see all my cards)
  3. Click "view my other credit cards"
  4. Enter the OTP that will be sent to your registered number
  5. Select the credit card accounts you want to display.

If you are an existing RCBC Digital user, you can use your current Username & Password to log in to RCBC Pulz.

If you download RCBC Pulz on your device, it will be an additional application on your list. It will not replace your existing RCBC Digital app, and will appear as two distinct apps on your list.

For your security, RCBC Pulz will require you to register your device. After device registration, there will be a 24-hour verification/holding period before you can access your RCBC accounts in the new app. To ensure continued access to your accounts, DO NOT uninstall the existing RCBC Digital app. During the 24-hour holding period for RCBC Pulz, you can still access your accounts via the existing RCBC Digital app.

If it is your first time using RCBC Pulz and have not previously downloaded or used the RCBC Digital app, simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the RCBC Pulz app, tap “Sign up for online banking” > “ I want to link my account to RCBC Digital” and click Continue.
  2. Select “RCBC Credit Card” from the list of RCBC products then read & agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  3. Enter your 16-digital Card Number & CVV* and input the One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  4. Create your User ID and Password.
  5. CH will receive an email confirmation of enrollment and activation to access the account.
    User received another email after replying YES confiming succesful enrollment and SMS "Welcome to RCBC Digital! Enjoy access to the full suite of convenient online banking services…"
  6. Select the RCBC Credit Cards that you’d like to add to the RCBC Pulz app. All done!

RCBC Digital app will be unavailable for download and upgrade beginning April 30, 2024. We highly suggest to use PULZ as many features are no longer working on the old version of the app.

You can have up to three devices linked to your RCBC Pulz and RCBC Digital apps.

Mobile device registration is required to access a newly installed RCBC Pulz/RCBC Digital on a new device. When logging in for the first time, you will be asked to input the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your request to add a new device and complete your device registration.

Please note that there’s a 24-hour holding period for the 2nd and 3rd device registration.

TRAVEL INSURANCE & PURCHASE PROTECTION

Yes by simply charging your international travel tickets such as airfare, cruise tickets, or tour package through a travel agency to your eligible RCBC Credit Card then register online via the RCBC Credit website after five (5) banking days of purchasing to guarantee timely receipt of your electronic Confirmation of Cover (e-CoC). For instance, if you booked your flight on June 10, 2024, you can already register by June 17, 2024.

RCBC Credit Card spend on international airfare, cruise tickets, or tour packages through a travel agency originating from the Philippines are eligible for free Travel Insurance and Purchase Protection. 

Register for your free Travel Insurance when your credit card transaction is posted 5 banking days after purchasing at https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/travelinsurance.

No. Travel Insurance registrations through the website will prompt you to enter your posted transaction date and the amount reflected in the Statement of Account or the RCBC Pulz app. Make sure to have this information ready for seamless registration.

No. To receive your Travel Insurance electronic Certificate of Cover (e-COC) before your flight, online registration is required at least 5 banking days before your scheduled flight. We strongly recommend that you register early at https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/travelinsurance. 

Your international trip is covered for up to 15 calendar days. You can request added coverage from our insurance provider and pay with your RCBC Credit Card!

The Insurance Provider will cover flights from the PHILIPPINES to international destinations, including those with layovers and extended/multiple stopovers in other countries. Qualified origin is from anywhere in the Philippines; the destination is another country only, not vice versa. 

Yes. Supplementary cardholders who use their RCBC Credit Card to purchase international airfare, cruise tickets, or tour packages from travel agencies are also entitled to free Travel Insurance without Purchase Protection.

Due to the necessary coordination and verification process, we can no longer process travel insurance requests less than five (5) banking days from your travel date.

If you register at least 5 banking days before your flight and have yet to receive your eCOC, please call the RCBC Credit Customer Hotline (02) 8888-1888 or send an email to email@service.rcbcbankard.com so we can check the status of the request and provide feedback.

Flight Delay

1. Irregularity report issued by the airline indicating the reason of the delay

2. Receipts of expenses (food, lodging, transportation)


Strikes and Aircraft Hijacking

1. Irregularity report issued by the airline indicating the reason of the delay

2. Receipts of expenses (food, lodging, transportation)


Loss of Baggage

1. Baggage irregularity report issued by the airline if the loss occurred while the baggage was under their custody

2. Police report if stolen

3. Original official receipt/s of the lost baggage/s

4. List of lost items with brand, model, type and corresponding amount


Baggage Delay

1. Baggage irregularity report issued by the airline

2. Delivery report from the airline stating the exact date and time that the baggage was retrieved

3. Original official receipts of expenses incurred (on toiletries and clothing)


Loss of Travel Documents

1. Certificate issued by the carrier for lost travel tickets or the embassy for lost passport

You will receiving a notification through SMS, email, a pop-add at the RCBC Pulz app or it will automatically appear on the loans screen.

Please be informed that the RCBC Payday Now is exclusively offered to RCBC payroll clients. Furthermore, the offer may change and is subject to pre-qualifications. You will be notified once there is an available offer

Please be informed that there is payment posting turn-around time (TAT) that will take up to 2-3 banking days. Once the payment is posted your outstanding balance will update.https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/travelinsurance. 

  1. Make sure you have met the required spend amount specified for your welcome gift.
  2. Register for the promo by visiting the RCBC Credit website.
  3. Enter the unique code provided to you via SMS or email, along with the last 4 digits of your RCBC credit card.
  4. Complete the reCAPTCHA verification by ticking the "I'm not a robot" box.
  5. Click on the "Register" button to submit your registration.
  6. Once your registration is successful, you will receive an SMS confirmation.
  7. Wait for the specified delivery period for your welcome gift to be delivered to your billing address.

 Please note that the availability of welcome gifts may vary based on your card type and spend amount. Make sure to read and understand the promo mechanics and terms and conditions before registering.

No. To receive your Travel Insurance electronic Certificate of Cover (e-COC) before your flight, online registration is required at least 5 banking days before your scheduled flight. We strongly recommend that you register early at https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/travelinsurance. 

The loan proceeds will be credited to your qualified payroll/savings account in a few seconds.

Traditional loans cannot be added yet on the RCBC Pulz for now.
