There’s so much you can do with the RCBC Pulz App!
Follow these quick guides and enjoy the convenience of managing your Card on the go.
 
Create an account
Enrollment only takes a few minutes!
  1. Download the RCBC Pulz App – available in the App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery.
  2. Tap “Sign up now” to enroll.
  3. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Enter your 16-digit RCBC Credit Card Number and CVV.
  5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your  registered mobile number and then tap Submit.
  6. Create your User ID and Password.
  7. Log in using your fingerprint! Activate biometrics log-in on your phone.
     
 
Convert straight purchases to installment
You can do purchase conversion with just a simple swipe!
  1. After signing in, tap Credit Card.
  2. Tap see all my cards, “My Credit Card”.
  3. Select the account you want to view.
  4. Tap “Recent Transactions” and choose the transaction you'd like to convert or go to billed transactions from your latest statement of account “View Statement” and tap “Transactions”.
  5. Look for the “Convert to Installment” icons. Only marked transactions are eligible for conversion.
  6. Tap “Convert to Installment” for your chosen transaction.
  7. Select your preferred installment term and tap “Continue”
  8. Review the transaction before you swipe “Slide to Convert”.
  9. You're done!
 
UnliPay anyone, anytime
Make real-time fund transfers to anyone, anytime using the available limit of your RCBC Credit Card 

  1. After signing in, tap “Credit Card”.
  2. Under “What can your credit card do for you?”, tap “UnliPay”.
  3. Choose where you want to transfer your credit card limit. “To RCBC/DiskarTech or To Other Local Bank”.
  4. Tap “Transfer now!”
  5. Select credit card.
  6. Choose the account you will transfer funds to.
  7. Select Bank or E-wallet.
  8. Enter the payment details.
  9. Enter the amount, the purpose of your payment, and click “Continue”.
  10. Review and swipe “Slide to Pay”.
  11. Verify your transaction by entering your One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or through fingerprint authentication or face ID.
  12. All done! A confirmation message with the transaction details will appear on the screen.
  13. Your payment will be processed and credited to your nominated bank account in real-time via RCBC* or InstaPay**.
*For transaction amounts ₱300,000 and below, for RCBC accounts.
**For transaction amounts ₱50,000 and below, for non-RCBC accounts.
 
Pay utility bills
With the App, you can charge your utility bills to your Card via one-off payment or create recurring automatic payments.

Do a one-time enrollment of the biller. After signing in, tap Credit Card.

  1. After signing in, tap Credit Card.
  2. Under "What can your credit card do for you?", tap "Pay Bills".
  3. To add a new Biller, look for "Choose your next transaction" and click "Auto-Charge Biller".
  4. On the lower right of the screen, tap "Add Biller".
  5. Find your Biller.
  6. Choose which Credit Card you are going to use.
  7. Enter the account info if your selected biller.
  8. Review the details and click "Continue".
  9. Check the biller information before proceeding.
  10. To confirm Auto-Charge Biller, swipe "Slide to confirm" below your screen.
  11. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or "Confirm with Biometrics".
  12. Save. 

You can now proceed to paying your bill.

  1. After signing in, tap Credit Card.
  2. Under “What can your credit card do for you”, tap “Pay Bills”.
  3. Select your biller on the “Biller Categories”.
  4. Select Credit Card.
  5. Provide the Biller information such as Account Number, Subscriber Name, and Amount and tap “Continue”.
  6. Enter payment amount and tap “Continue”.
  7. Review your transaction and swipe “Slide to Pay”.
  8. Verify your transaction by entering your One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or through fingerprint authentication or face ID.
  9. You’re done! An SMS or Email confirmation will be sent to you.

Report a Lost or Stolen Card
If your Card has been lost or stolen, you can quickly report it via the App.
  1. After signing in, tap the Credit Card.
  2. Under “What can your credit card do for you”, tap “See More”.
  3. Look for “Support” and tap “Report Card Issue”.
  4. Tap the card you want to report.
  5. Select “Lost Card”.
  6. Once reported, your Card will be blocked and a replacement card will be sent to you.
 
Replace a Damaged Card
If your Card has been damaged or no longer works, you can quickly request for a replacement Card via the App.
  1. After signing in, tap the Credit Card.
  2. Under “What can your credit card do for you”, tap “See More”.
  3. Look for “Support” and tap “Report Card Issue”.
  4. Tap the card you want to report.
  5. Select “Damaged Card”.
  6. Once reported, your Card will be blocked and a replacement card will be sent to you.

 
Activate new or replacement Card
You can easily activate your credit card via the App!
  1. After signing in, tap “Credit Card”.
  2. Under “What can your credit card do for you”, tap “See More”.
  3. Look for “Card Setting”.
  4. Tap “Activate”.
  5. Select the Card that you want to activate.
  6. Click "Activate" button and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  7. A confirmation message will be shown on your App screen upon successful activation: Your Card is now active and ready to use!
 
Request for additional Card/s
Getting an additional Card is made simpler!


  1. After signing in, tap “Credit Card”.
  2. Under “What can your credit card do for you”, tap “See More”.
  3. Look for “Apply for a new card”.
  4. Select from “Apply new card”, “Add Supple card”, and “Virtual Card”.
  5. Tap "New Card", choose your preferred Card, and enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  6. An email will be sent to you regarding your request.
 
Add Newly-Issued Card to the App
Is your new Card not appearing on the App? You can add in using the RCBC Digital App desktop version.

  1. Log in to RCBC Pulz App via desktop or browser. Visit www.rcbconlinebanking.com, login and verify your account via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.
  2. From the Dashboard menu, click on “Manage My Accounts”.
  3. Select “RCBC Bankard/RCBC Credit Cards Account Summary" 
  4. Input your 16-digit RCBC Credit Card number. Click Next. Then provide your Card Expiry Date and Birth Date. Click Next.
  5. Read and agree to the RCBC Digital App Terms & Conditions. Click Agree.
  6. Review your Account Details. Click Confirm.
  7. You can now access your new RCBC Credit Card account on the RCBC Digital App.

You can search and download the RCBC Pulz app on the Google Store or App Store.

If you are an existing RCBC Digital user, you can use your current Username & Password to log in to RCBC Pulz.

If you download RCBC Pulz on your device, it will be an additional application on your list. It will not replace your existing RCBC Digital app, and will appear as two distinct apps on your list.

For your security, RCBC Pulz will require you to register your device. After device registration, there will be a 24-hour verification/holding period before you can access your RCBC accounts in the new app. To ensure continued access to your accounts, DO NOT uninstall the existing RCBC Digital app. During the 24-hour holding period for RCBC Pulz, you can still access your accounts via the existing RCBC Digital app.

If it is your first time using RCBC Pulz and have not previously downloaded or used the RCBC Digital app, simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the RCBC Pulz app, tap “Sign up for online banking” > “ I want to link my account to RCBC Digital” and click Continue.
  2. Select “RCBC Credit Card” from the list of RCBC products then read & agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  3. Enter your 16-digital Card Number & CVV* and input the One-Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  4. Create your User ID and Password.
  5. Select the RCBC Credit Cards that you’d like to add to the RCBC Pulz app. All done!

RCBC Digital app will be unavailable for download and upgrade beginning April 30, 2024. 

No, you may use both apps simultaneously.

You can have up to three devices linked to your RCBC Pulz and RCBC Digital apps.

Mobile device registration is required to access a newly installed RCBC Pulz/RCBC Digital on a new device. When logging in for the first time, you will be asked to input the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your request to add a new device and complete your device registration.

Please note that there’s a 24-hour holding period for every device registration.
