1. Will my existing RCBC Visa Infinite Card be automatically replaced?
Your existing RCBC Visa Infinite card will be automatically replaced with an upgraded RCBC Visa Infinite credit card upon renewal. If you wish to have your existing card replaced ahead of the renewal date, you may call 8888-1883 to request for a replacement. A Php500 card replacement fee will be charged to your account.
2. Can I opt to continue with my existing Visa Infinite Card to avoid the higher Annual Membership Fee?
Effective January 2, 2023, your existing card will automatically have the enhanced card benefits such as higher rewards points earn rate, bonus rewards points on card anniversary, higher travel insurance coverage, exclusive discounts at affiliated luxury hotels worldwide, and 24x7 Concierge Service. Given this, the new membership fee will also apply.
3. Will my existing rewards points be converted to the newly upgraded rewards system?
Your existing accumulated rewards points earned prior to January 2, 2023 will not change. Starting January 2, 2023, your transactions will already start earning rewards points under the upgraded rewards program. You will likewise be automatically entitled to get the 20,000 BONUS rewards points if your accumulated 12 months spend as of card anniversary date is at least Php1 Million and you have fully paid your membership fee.
